THE SMALL AKA Fine PRINT

1. The Night Card is valid from Jan.2, 2012 through the end of the 2011/2012 ski season. April 1, 2012.

2. Not Valid before Jan 2, But if you add on the Advantage card option you can get 40% off in December 2011 and weekdays/weekend days all season.

3. You are purchasing a Night Club Card that is valid any night from 4 pm to 10 pm Monday through Saturday, 3 pm to10 pm on Sunday.

4. Your Night Club Card is valid at "3" Great Mountains LIBERTY MOUNTAIN RESORT, SKI ROUNDTOP, And WHITETAIL RESORT

5. LIBERTY MOUNTAIN RESORT, ROUNDTOP, WHITETAIL MUST have a signed release form before a NIGHT CLUB CARD is issued. Parent or Guardian signature required for all participants under the age of 18.

6. Participants must be 8 years of age or older to take class lessons.

7. Special Lessons for 6 & 7 year olds take place on Sat, Sun at Liberty ONLY and you must make appointment. Under 6 call for arrangements. Lesson times for this age group are Friday and Saturday at 5:45pm and Sunday at 4:30pm. Reservations are required, as these lessons are run through the Children's Learning Center: please call 717-642-8282 ext. 3400.

8. NIGHT CLUB CARDS are non-transferable

9. LIBERTY MOUNTAIN RESORT, ROUNDTOP, WHITETAIL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN NIGHT CLUB CARDS. A $25 processing fee will be charged to re-issue cards.

10. Card does not include late night ski events or any tubing privileges

11. Participants who choose the rental option can choose skis or snowboard each visit. If you change rentals during the evening there will be an additional charge.

Uploading Your Photo For Liberty Mountain Resort

2-Select Guest Look-Up in upper right hand corner

3-Type in your first and last name to determine if you are presently listed in the Liberty System.  Enter at least the first 2 letters of your first and last name, and then click the "Look Me Up" button. If there are multiple matches, click on the best match.  If you are not in the system, select Create New Guest, Enter your information, and then follow steps to upload your photo.

How to upload your photo:

1. Make sure you can locate your photo on your computer.

2. Click the Upload Photo button.

3. Browse to your photo and then select Upload.

4. Once your photo has uploaded, select Use This Photo.

5. A window will appear to the right of your photo–this is a preview of how your final picture will look.

6. Use your mouse to click and drag the crosshair to crop your picture to meet the guidelines above. (Crosshair will appear on photo on left side)

7. When you are happy with the preview picture, click the ‘That’s Good Let’s Go!’ button to save your picture to your account. Once you have clicked, your old picture is gone for good, so be sure you are happy with it! If you aren’t happy with the picture you have selected you can ‘Cancel’ and browse your computer for another picture.

All new and returning Pass and Card holders need to have a current easy to view photo on your ID card. Returning members may choose to use the photo currently on your account, as long as it meets the guidelines below.

You will need a new picture for your pass if…

1. You are 18 years of age or over as of 12/1 of the current year and your photo on file is more than 4 years old.

2. You are 17 years of age & under as of 12/1 of the current year and your photo on file is more than 2 years old.

If your photo falls in these guidelines, you will be required to have a new photo taken to receive this year’s pass.  If you need a new photo on your account, you can have your photo taken at the resort, or you can upload a new one!

What is a good photo? The person should be full face, front view, with eyes open. The person should not be wearing a hat, sunglasses, or any other accessories that block the face, eyes or head from view. The full frame photo should represent the person’s head from top of hair to bottom of chin, without a lot of space around. (You will be able to crop photo after it has been uploaded.) The person should be against a relatively plain background. Be sure there is adequate lighting and there are no shadows across the face. The person’s entire face should be in focus.

If the photo comes to us as does not meet these guidelines, you'll need to have your photo taken at the resort.  We will not print your pass with an unacceptable photo.

Your photo should be less than 1MB in size – you will be able to crop it after you upload it.
